Prisca Bae has spent her career fighting for the rights of women and girls in a space not typically associated with advocacy: the corporate world.
As the former Senior Director of Global Diversity & Engagement at PepsiCo, she led the development and launch of a $100 million commitment to women and girls. As Vice President at Seneca Point Global, she worked with Fortune 100 companies on strategic women’s empowerment programs. She has also served as the inaugural Director of the Women in the World Foundation, a public charity founded out of Tina Brown’s Women in the World Summit at Newsweek & the Daily Beast, and managed a billion dollar charitable fund at Goldman Sachs.
Prisca's work has seen her honored at the 2018 Feminist Power Awards.
Join Prisca and Powerbitches founder Rachel Hills for an intimate conversation about her career so far, the role of the corporate world in advocating for women and girls, and the lessons she's learned from making change from within.
